Really from the time he was promoted to head football coach at his alma mater, Joker Phillips has implemented a variety of team-building exercises to try and help his program.
This morning, Phillips talked about showing the Navy Seals movie Act of Valor.
Later, Phillips tweeted that he had Steve Shenbaum of Game on Nation to come work with his team today and posted a picture of Shenbaum speaking to the Cats.

Shenbaum is a former actor who appeared in such TV series as?Dharma and Greg and?Beverly Hills 90210?and the movies?American Pie?and?Big Fat Liar.
He is considered a communications guru, as shown in this YouTube video working with the Florida State football team in 2010.
